Rule 506(c)
- General Solicitation Permitted: Allows companies to openly advertise and solicit investments
- Investor Requirements: All investors must be accredited, and companies must take reasonable steps to verify their accredited status (e.g., income verification or net worth assessment)
- Unlimited Capital Raise: No cap on the amount of capital that can be raised
